When in Rome… Visit Kiko!

Okay it’s not the only thing to do in Rome, but as we were walking trying to find the Spanish Steps I came across a Kiko store! I was super happy as I’d really wanted to go to one during our Italian adventures but knew we had other things to find so hadn’t planned it!

Pizza and pasta were calling so I couldn’t take too long, but I did manage to have fun swatching and buying a few items.

Of course I had to buy some nail polish, and I loved the fact that they had mini tape dispensers so you cod put tape on your hand and swatch away! This meant I didn’t ruin my mani and I could see the colours against my skin tone, big tick!

I chose 1 quick dry nail lacquer in shade 853 (€3.90) and 2 nail lacquers on shades 511 and 286 (€1.90 each).
Bargains!

I was then drawn to the water eyeshadows – I chose shade 218 which is a lovely coral colour with high shimmer. (One on bottom right of pic)It can be used dry or wet but I actually bought it to use as a highlighter alongside my Benefit Coralista blush. It looks so good with a tan!

And that was it! We really didn’t do any shopping whilst we were away so I was happy we got to make this 1 pit stop!
I’ve also heard Kiko are opening a shop in Leeds soon so I’ll be able to buy more soon hopefully! Id love to know if you’ve tried Kiko and what your favourite products are! Let me know!
