After finally being able to organise my nail polishes I realised a few things
1. I have a LOT of nail polishes
2. Nearly half of them are Nails Inc
3. Those nail polishes are worth thousands
4. A lot of them are the darn same!
So with that thought I decided to create a comparison series in the hope of finding my favourite, possibly reducing my collection and maybe saving some money for everyone! ( and if not at,east establishing that Nails Inc colours are the best!
The first comparison comes courtesy of my never ending nude/mink/coffee/cream colour obsession.
I chose these this time, as I’d read that the new Models Own Hypergel in Naked Glow was a dupe for the Barry M Gelly in Lychee, so I picked out Nails Inc Colville Mews and OPI in Embrace to compare them all.
Opacity: I applied 3 coats of them all except the OPI, as it’s very thin and more designed for a French manicure , the Models Own actually bubbled which I wasn’t very impressed about!
Finish : I do agree that the gelly and the Hypergel are very similar shades. The OPI is too sheer, and the Nails Inc does stack up to the gel style polishes. All these have no topcoat so they’ve all come out very glossy.

I have to admit the Barry M wins it for me! I definitely prefer it over the models own, the OPI isn’t in the running, and the Nails Inc comes close second, only because of its price.
