I am obsessed with snakeskin print. I don’t know when it exactly happened but my obsession for snakeskin shoes has developed into a full on snakeskin love. I saw this particular dress on Nancy’s Insta a while back and I knew I had to have it. It’s a Zizzi dress and it’s available at Navabi for £54.90 . I got the size 20/22 and think I could’ve got away with the 16/18, it’s an issue for me with dual sizing as I just never know which way to go! I played it safe as I’m a large 18/small 20 it can always be hard when your size is right in the gap of the 2 dual sizes! Anyone else have this? Companies commit to a size at least I ask!
Anyway I’m digressing, I decided to keep this size and style it oversize. I removed the tie it came with as it belted too low for me and added my suede thick wait belt. Since this shoot though I used my narrower belt seen in this post as it looked much better. The gold on the belt also brought out the thick shiny buttons down the front of the dress.
In this shoot I wore a gold and silver mixed collar necklace that was from the House of Fraser sale in summer. I like a necklace with a shirt dress and I wore this ASOS Mono Semi Circle Marble Necklace with it last weekend. To keep it comfy I didn’t button it all the way it would if I was going somewhere other than a quick nip to the shops!
The dress has been a lifesaver this week as I’ve been able to wear it without having to lift my arms to put it on, and it’s been loose enough to not make my back pain worse so I’ve been in pain in style at least. Perfect for my Osteo appointments!
