Aren’t owls just the cutest? I love a good owl so when Mr E got me an Owl Experience for 2 for Christmas from Groupon I couldn’t wait to go! We finally got round to booking it and went along to Rufford Country Park where it was held for the day by Hawks of Steele
I’ll let the photos do the talking the day included the smaller owls flying to sit on my arm and feeding the larger ones. After that we got to hold a couple including a rescue one that loves to snuggle and cuddle!!
A lot of the rescue owls were rescued after people bought them as pets (yes! Really!) when Harry Potter had one poor mites. They ar very well looked after and they wouldn’t be here if they hadn’t been taken in or hand raised by the family that run the business.
