A few weeks ago we went to one of my happy places, Castleton. It was it’s usually rainy self on the Saturday but brightened up just as we were departing on the Sunday for Home. We managed to wander around some of the village in the dry which was nice and then stopped off at a lovely pub and had a Sunday Dinner Feast in-front of the long fire #BestSeatsInTheHouse .

It was also the same day I realised my blue jeans are way to big for me , so invested in the same pair but 2 sizes smaller from ASOS (ASOS Curve Ridley’s of course!) but the old ones are in these shots – just look away from that part of the outfit won’t you!?

As I mentioned in this post I had another top from Wear All* (£23)* to try out and it’s another winner! The length of it again is great for a tall gal like me it is great! The frill and asymmetric neckline is super cute too. Being a chiffon blouse it does need a cami underneath and I wore my trusty Very Cami – come in a three pack for £14 which was perfect.

I added my Marks and Spencer Pearl Embellished Jumper (£35) in ice blue to the outfit, as it went so well and made sure I was nice and snuggly whilst I was outside too. I’m wearing the size XL here and I’d say it would fit up to a size 20, maybe a 22 if you were happy with it being more fitted.

Then I added my newest pastel accessories from Primark, the fab pastel furry bag which is THE softest (£7) and this baby blue faux fur stole (£8) which kept me snuggly warm all day! The coat is a summer sale bargain from River Island Plus and is still on site now for just £40! I must say I’ve always kept pastels for spring before but loved this winter look- what do you think to it!?
