Yes… Another review on the Naked on the Run palette… However I feel I have answered a question that seems to have been bugging those of us that may have wanted to buy it but asked… What happens when the lipgloss/eyeliner/mascara runs out!?

The answer is to fill it with what it is really missing ….brushes.
There’s still room for another mini mascara too, which I can’t live without but I removed the eyeliner that I don’t use, and I always keep a lipgloss in my bag so don’t need one in here as well. So now I have my Real Techniques Mini Brush Trio added into it. The kit costs £7.99 at Superdrug so it’s not cheap, but to enable this palette to be truly on the run it works for me, plus I get quality brushes not sponge applicators and the like.

I won’t go on about the palette but in summary, the lipgloss is perfect, it enhances my lips rather than adding lots of colour and shimmer to them, and I find my self reaching for it quite regularly and it’s now taken the top spot in my handbag.
The mascara is okay, it doesn’t rival my Tarte and Burberry favourites but is useable and builds length and thickness but doesn’t curl as well as the others.
The blusher applies better than it looks and gives a light pink flush to cheeks and the bronzer part is great for contouring using the larger eyeshadow 5050 as a highlighter.
The other eyeshadows are nice but similar colours, I would have liked a darker shade to be able to create a really good smoky eye. There is a good mix of matte and shimmer and I can use one of them as an eyebrow colour which again makes the palette more all in one.
Overall I like this palette, I can keep it in the car with a small concealer and powder compact and know I have everything to present myself to the world!

However it is quite a bulky palette though and I wish they’d added brushes somehow and made use of the bulky depth somehow.
However it has helped refine my morning car makeup routine so I can’t hate on it too much!
