Alright so it’s Tuesday, and NYE, so I had to leave doing my nails until today! Plus my WAH Nails Book of Downtown Girls only arrived yesterday! The link is an Amazon Link but I actually got it in the River Island Sale for a fiver!
I’d already decided I wanted to put 2014 on my nails and decided to combine it with the WAH scriptwriting mani (page 100)
I chose gold and black tones, as I’m hoping these will last until Saturday and they will match my cocktails outfit! Plus I thought it would be pretty sparkly!

No7 Gold Glitter Top Coat
On my left hand I used the models own as a base, this particular velvet goth has silver flecks within the black colour, and dries matte without top coat. I then added the writing with a gold nail pen. I decided not to use my thumb as wanted the design to be more readable. I then added a little bit of party shoes under the lettering.
I kept my thumb plain and added the galaxy and gold glitter, so glittery!
On my right hand I used the gosh polish with party shoes and gold glitter on top. I had some cheap black AB stones that I then used to create the 2014 design. I left my pinkie plain, added a sweep of the velvet goth and used the gold pen to add a splatter of colour on top.
Lots of my Ciate Speedcoat on top and they were finished!
