My manicure Monday this week was inspired by Clueless (of course!)
As you’ve seen I visited ASOS HQ last Saturday so I painted my nails for the occasion, in advance of Mani Monday.
I decided to go for a classic red tartan , I didn’t want to paint just straight lines (bit too easy!) so painted tiny diagonal lines to make it a true tartan.
I used my Matalan Pencil Skirt (£14)as inspiration for the design
I chose a bright red I hadn’t used before Seche Signature as a base and then layered the lines using my trusty nail pens.
I love the finished look!
As I had just bought the Nails Inc Snowflake Collection (£15) I had to try it too so added the snowflake effect to my littlest nails. I topped it off with some red glitter on my index nails and my trusted Ciate Topcoat (£11)
I was so pleased when I got lots of positive comments from the ASOS Insiders and I’d even inspired one to paint her nails on the train that day!!
