So it’s still Monday here in Mexico but as we are 6 hours earlier it’s getting close to not being in the UK so technically a late manicure Monday!
I know you all want to know what’s on my nails for holiday, or you don’t in which case you’ll just skip past reading this!
On my hands I went for my favourite gradient from last year (you can see the technique here) using Models Own Peach Melba scented polish (not going to lie I didn’t really get any scent from it whilst using or afterwards) instead of the base colour I used last time.
I then used the trusty combo of Chanel June and Dior Peach Melba for the fade.
Toes wise I went for a lovely Khaki shade when I had my pedi at Pastille Beauty Bar in Leeds. I’m loving khaki at the moment so seemed the right shade to go for and I’m glad I did! I added the chain style stickers after as I wanted a bit of added interest to the plain colour toes. They were part of an Andrea Fullerton set from Superdrug before it was discontinued but I’d never reached for them before.
Safe to say these have lasted longer than my manicure with it already being ready for a change on my third day of holiday! Here’s what shades I brought with me to do just that, a real dessert colour mix with some brights courtesy of the nail pens.
Not sure what’s next but I’m wearing khaki tonight so may call for a matching mani and pedi watch this space!
