Valentines afternoon and evening was spent shopping and then at the Harvey Nicholls Espresso Bar on the Victoria Quarter. We had been warned it could get cold so any ideas of wearing something posh went out of the window!
I’d decided on my flat OTK boots as they keep my legs warm so was debating what I could pair them with to look nice but keep warm! I then saw my newest purchase this gorgeous printed skirt from Primark that was just £5 in the sale! I’d had my eye on it ever since I saw Victoria from InTheFrow in it but had never gotten round to buying it at full price. I had heard it had gone into the sale so I rushed to search it out and found a stray size 20 in the Meadowhall branch a few weeks ago.
I love the print and the subtle stripe in the skirt, It only just fits me at my waist (considering I’m an 18 it gives you an idea of the sizing of good old Primark!) but was comfy enough to sit down in for a long time luckily.
The only downside other than the questionable fit is the fact it did crease a heck of a lot! However the gorgeous print makes up for it!

As it was going to be cold I tucked in my River Island grey fluffy jumper and added a teal belt to cinch in my waist. I also sneaked some leggings underneath for added warmth and a vest top under the jumper too!

Plus a statement necklace and my trusty Mulberry and I was ready to go.
I’m posting about what we got up to next Wednesday so look out for that!
