If You Need a Friend…

There’s a momentary moment of seriousness on the blog today, as we enter the winter solstice this morning and therefore the shortest day of the year today I felt some relief that the days will be brighter for longer from here on in.
With that thought I figured it was time to post these numbers to make them that more accessible over a time where we get consumed with a ‘most wonderful time of the year’ mentality whilst forgetting it’s just not for some.
So if you need to speak to someone and don’t want to talk to a friend/family or have them accessible then here’s a few helpline numbers/sites. Please feel free to share these as I have done as it’s important to know you don’t have to be alone.
